Farming the land, and looking after it
The estate is a working farm first. Everything else we do is built on keeping the land productive for the long term.
We farm a mixed arable rotation across the estate and take on contract farming for neighbouring landowners who want the same standards applied to their ground without running the operation themselves.
Alongside cropping, we manage woodland, hedgerows, margins and watercourses. Conservation is not a separate project here — it sits inside the farming plan, because healthy soil and habitat are what keep the farm viable.
