One group, five ways of working
Farming, residential, commercial, development and leisure all sit under the same roof, which means decisions are made with the whole estate in mind.
The Trumpington Group brings together the farming operation, the property portfolio and the estate's leisure ventures. Being a single organisation rather than a set of separate businesses is deliberate: a decision about land is rarely only about farming, and a decision about development is never only about property.
We are a long-term landowner rather than an investor looking for an exit. That shapes how we maintain buildings, who we partner with, and why we would rather do a job once and properly.
